General Manager of Hongyun Company, Pang Jian, presided and held a meeting in the conference room and announced and analyzed the sales in the first half of the year.

Pang Jian pointed out that from January to May, our sales performance dropped 20% compared to last year, which was mainly caused by the slackness, indefinite goals, and lack of executive force. He demands that firstly, everybody shall identify the causes and seek resolutions after the meeting; secondly, we shall bear crisis awareness and we must be aware that when we don’t make progress, we will be lagging behind; thirdly, we should strengthen innovations, improve employees’ selling concepts, and identify the job responsibilities and labor division among all employees. He hoped that we could make more achievements through make use of the fortress role of the party and youth league organizations and the leading roles of party and youth league members.

Pang Jian emphasized that development is the key. Business is the core of the Company. All employees shall think carefully about this core task, analyze the causes for business slowdown, seek improvements, and avoid such slowdown in the future. He spoke earnestly that all employees shall originate their working mindset and methods, prescribe procedures and details, identify responsibilities, unite, and strive for sustainable development.
