A new year, a new start.

The first lesson in the new year and opening ceremony of “Enterprise Lecture Room” in Hongyun Company was held in the afternoon on March 7th. General Manager Pang Jian presided over the ceremony and rewarded “Best Lecturer” and “Diligent Participants” of the “Enterprise Lecture Room” for the year 2012.

It has been learnt that “Enterprise Lecture Room” is a platform provided by Hongyun Company for employees to practice their speech ability, which focuses on two aspects: 1. “three appreciations”-appreciation of one’s own advantages, appreciation of colleagues’ advantages, appreciation of Company’s advantages, and encourage employees to give speeches at “Enterprise Lecture Room”; 2. encourage employees to describe and share their “dreams” under the topic of “my career and dream”; 3. learn professional know-how about the products.

Looking back on the “Enterprise Lecture Room” learning in 2012, Pang Jian rewarded the “best lecturer” and “diligent participants”, and announced the course plan of “Enterprise Lecture Room” for 2013. He also encouraged everybody to keep working hard and study diligently.
